AST Reimbursement
For the upcoming 2024-25 season, our AST Reimbursement program has changed.
Maximum reimbursement amount of $400.00 per person, up to a maximum of 50 persons. Only one reimbursement per member per AST level. No family group submissions, individual entries only. Deadlines will be adhered to. Incomplete applications and applications submitted to the ASA after May 1 of the program year will not be accepted.
Before May 1, A person must have submitted all three of the following to the ASA office:
1) a copy of their current season membership;
2) a copy of the certificate of completion from a recognized
Avalanche Canada AST provider;
3) a copy of the receipt from the course provider.

Snowmobile Safety Course
It is recommended that Alberta youth and students take this valuable course on safe and responsible snowmobiling. SNOWMOBILEcourse.com is a delegated provider for the Alberta Snowmobile Association.

Since we launched the Online Snowmobile Safety Course we have provided free education to hundreds of Albertan students. The course was designed for children 13 & Under. We would encourage parents to sit with their children to go through the videos and multiple-choice questions. This month to encourage more youth to take the course - every student who completes the course by April 30 will be entered into a draw to win a package of 4 tickets to the Royal Canadian Circus. There are 4 sets of 4 tickets to win!
We will contact the winners using the email that was used to register for the course on May 5th. Only residents of Alberta will be eligible for this prize.
Winners will get to choose between two locations for the circus in Calgary or in Edmonton.
